STRESS ANALYSIS FOR THE SHIFT OF 2” DRAIN LINE ON TEST SEPARATOR (83 DS 301) PROJECT
The scope of this report is to give the summary of the findings which must have led to the incidence of deflection observed on the 2 inch piping system by conducting a forensic assessment/investigation using both static and dynamic stress analysis and also to provide corrective actions to mitigate the reoccurrence of the incident.

FACILITIES PIDs AS-BUILT UPDATE
The scope of work included redlining of the existing As-Built PIDs which has already been done by the COMPANY. The Native copy, marked up drawings in Hard Copy PDF were handed to QEDI after the KoM. QEDI carried out PID UPDATE for: ODP1, ODD1, AFD1, IMD1, EDD1 & OFS (Obagi). About 68 PIDs were involved in this Update. Production of Appropriate Drawing Templates for all Drawings was done. Provision of smart index for easy search and navigation was required and the Submission of final As-Built in 8 Sets of Hard copies and 1 set of electronic copy in DISK was the requirement for issuance of a JPC.Status: Completed
CHAZOP for OML 100 ICSS Upgrade Study
The objective of the CHAZOP is to re-view the modified control systems functionality, specifications and operability, and to identify major hazards and opportunities of alternative options towards an inherently safe design within the OML 100 ICSS Upgrade project, which includes:
- Upgrading of the existing Distributed Control System to an Integrated Control Safety System;
- Installing an ICSS for ease of maintenance

POWER SUPPLY TO NEW PIPING YARD FROM TOTAL MAIN BASE PROJECT
The work entailed the laying of a medium voltage cable from TOTAL Base Electrical Substation 3 in Trans Amadi to the New Pipe Yard. The contractor, QED International (Oil & Gas) Nigeria Ltd was required to procure and lay about 800m length of 4 x (1x 240 sq mm) XLPE power cable of 11 KV –Kable metal grade. Following instructions by the state authorities that no road should be cut open, the cable routing involved the use of thrust boring of about three road crossings, concrete manholes and cable trench excavation was carried out. The cable was terminated on TOTAL Base substation on a 400A Schneider electric breaker supplied and installed by QED International (Oil & Gas) Nigeria Ltd, the input to this breaker is taken from the Bus bar at Substation 3 and on the New Pipe Yard side the cable was terminated on a new change over switch through a 400A Schneider electric breaker with cubicle and control handle supplied and installed by contractor. All Project activities were done in accordance with the provisions/specifications of the 2015 Total GS and Relevant IEC Specifications including but not limited to Electrical Cables – GS EP ELE 161,Electrical Installations – GS EP ELE 364,Contract Site Electrical Installations – GS EP ELE 374.Status: Completed
