The Management of QED International is fully committed to the continual improvement of its Environmental Management System to enhance effective environmental performance, through constant review, monitoring and due compliance with national and international environmental legislations and standards.
This Environmental Policy Statement is applicable to all areas of our business covering our Provision of Engineering Design Services, Technical Manpower Recruitment, and Procurement. It has been implemented to meet the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015.
It is our Policy to:
- Prevent pollution within any environment we operate
- Protect the Environment in all aspects of our business and in particular to significant aspects of our operations, to prevent any adverse environmental impacts.
- Recycle / reuse materials wherever practical
- Minimize the environmental impact, for the life cycle (including disposal) of all plant, equipment, and other physical assets under our control.
- Comply with all relevant environmental legislations, regulations & relevant Codes of Practice, at all times
- Ensure that the effectiveness of the EMS is monitored through planned EMS reviews by top management.
- Utilize the policy as a framework for setting EMS objectives
- Ensure compliance to all legal obligations as it relates to QED operations
- It is our aim to effectively communicate this Policy to all employee and make it available to other interested parties to promote environmental awareness, to gain their support to meet our objectives.
